These general conditions of sale prevail over all other terms and conditions not specifically approved by Parmigiani & Co.
Parmigiani & Co reserves the right to change the terms of sale. The conditions applicable are those in effect on the date of purchase by the buyer.

implies acceptance by the buyer of the general terms and conditions relating thereto.
Characteristics of the items offered for sale
The items offered for sale are those on the www.ottuno.com site. The item descriptions are detailed and accurate; the maintenance requirements are specified.
The photographs of the items are as accurate as possible. Parmigiani & Co does not guarantee a precise match between the photograph and the item, particularly as regards colour.
To place an order, the buyer must:
— Complete the identification sheet to provide all the data requested;
— Complete the online order form to indicate all the references of selected products;
— Validate the order after reviewing it;
— Make the payment as provided;
— Confirm the order and payment.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the conditions of sale.
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and Euros (€). They do not include any other taxes to be paid by the buyer.
Parmigiani & Co reserves the right to change prices. The prices listed on the site on the day of purchase are the only prices applicable only to the buyer.
The total delivery charges appear on the purchase summary, prior to validation by the buyer.
Payment is due in full when the order is submitted by the buyer. The validation of the order is transmitted to the buyer by e-mail.
The goods remain Parmigiani & Co’s property until full payment.
Parmigiani & Co uses the PayPal payment system. The information transmitted by the purchaser is encrypted; no third party can read or access the information in transit on the network.
The buyer is responsible for access and the means of gaining access (username, password) given to the buyer by Parmigiani & Co at the end of the registration process. The buyer accepts responsibility for the consequences that may result. Parmigiani & Co is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, breaks in service, or other unintended problems.
Privacy and data protection
The personal data transmitted by the buyer during order transmission are confidential. Parmigiani & Co does not transmit such data under any circumstances to third parties; such data are used only for contractual purposes required as part of the sale transaction.
We offer free delivery in Switzerland. Delivery outside Switzerland is free with two or more orders. Delivery is made to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery times are indicative and are not contractually binding.
Any damage caused during transport must be reported by the buyer to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receipt of the goods. Parmigiani & Co will replace the defective product within 15 working days. Parmigiani & Co is not liable for damages caused by the improper use or improper maintenance of the goods by the buyer.
All elements in the site www.ottuno.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Parmigiani & Co.
It is prohibited to reproduce, use, re-post, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, unless specifically authorized by Parmigiani & Co.
Any use of the OTTUNO brand and the slogan “DYES FOR YOUR EYES” is prohibited in any form and by any means whatsoever without the expressed permission of Parmigiani & Co.
Any contract with Parmigiani & Co is subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising directly or indirectly from the conclusion, interpretation or execution of a contract with Parmigiani & Co in accordance with the Terms and Conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the District Court of Lausanne.
